Before

• Browse through our website! Our website offers a candy bucket full of great information - move-in ready homes, information on communities, building plans, realtor team, preferred lenders for financing, our blog, and more! 

• Check out our Google reviews. Don’t just take our word for it; see what others have to say about their experience with us. 

• Follow us on social media. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok. Whether you are just thinking about it, actively looking, or just want to be part of the WCH community, our social media pages are a great place to stay up to date and connect. 

• Decide your path. WCH offers an inventory of move-in ready new construction homes, or you can build your custom home from the ground up.

During

• We have a great team ready to assist you - you don’t have to do this alone! We have six realtors ready to help you through this process. Our realtor team is eager to answer any questions and concerns you have about building your new home. 

• If you choose to build, you will select an available lot. After you have your location, you will choose from a selection of floor plans for your home. You will then work with our designers to design your custom home. From the exterior to the interior, you are part of the process of creating your dream home. After you have made your selections, you can relax while we build your home. Your realtor will continue to communicate with you to answer any questions and keep you updated on the progress.

• Our superintendents are here to make sure both the quality of construction, as well as the quality of service, is top notch. 

• When buying a home with WCH, you have the freedom of choosing your own lender, but we can also help you. We offer a generous Lender Credit, to be applied towards closing costs, when you choose one of our preferred lenders. 

After

• Your dream home is ready! Now all that is left to do is close on your house and get your keys. You will be provided with a closing folder filled with information about your new home. This is a great homeowner resource; keep this folder to refer back to as needed. All contact information will be provided in the folder for any future needs. You will also be subscribed to an email newsletter to stay part of the WCH community. 

• Finally, you can turn the keys and enjoy making your new house your very own home sweet home.
